We are an equal opportunity employer. We will only consider applicants in the
Greater Seattle area, there is no need to apply if you are not located in
Washington State. Our corporate culture is rather mellow and relaxed. We dress
casual everyday and on Fridays everyone is allowed to go home at 4PM. There
is an optional company sponsored social hour at 4PM with refreshments and
snacks supplied. Our recreational room has a pool table, ping pong table,
fuse ball table, Xbox, and a few computer gaming work stations.
We encourage employees to ask for free time off to enjoy events that their
kids are invloved in. We grant each employee a few hours each month for personal
time.
There is a no vacation policy (we say holiday policy). Holiday time is 4 weeks off each year.
